Dr. Jacobson is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the International Society for Vascular Surgery and the Georgia Vascular Society. He is a Certified Wound Specialist by The American Academy of Wound Management. Dr. Jacobson is on staff at Wellstar Kennestone and Cobb Hospitals.   He has served as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at Kennestone Regional Medical Center. Special interests include minimally invasive endovascular surgery, vein surgery, aneurysm repairs, carotid artery treatment, and bypass grafting. Dr. Jacobson enjoys traveling with his family and has been playing the guitar for over forty years.
